Our Returns Policy is pretty straightforward! We’ll happily return and refund most items, please read below for clarity. Simply contact us via email or telephone to notify us of the return, we’ll then arrange for collection of the item.
Where an item is faulty on arrival or not as described: you should notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for replacement of the item, or where necessary arrange a refund. We pay all of the costs involved.
Where an item is unwanted: We allow 14 days for return of unwanted goods, we’ll arrange for a refund or exchange. Where items are refunded we will deduct return shipping costs, where they are exchanged for goods or credit we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Where an item is faulty and repairable under warranty: We will arrange collection of the item(s), however you must have your receipt or proof of purchase. We will cover the cost of faulty items, where an item is not faulty we will deduct postage costs, and admin fee of £10 and any costs incurred in testing the item.
Where an item hasn’t arrived: We use tracked parcel delivery and always retain the signature, please call us if your delivery hasn’t arrived and we’ll get to the bottom of it, quickly.
Items that show signs of use will not be refunded. If you have a problem that this hasn’t answered then call us, we’re nice!
